Can You Believe It? The Copa Star Is an Actual Hospital

From the initial view of Copa Star designs, you can never tell if it is a real hospital. The main reason behind this is the fact that the Copa Star is a medical facility like no other. It is not only a treatment facility but also an institution that offers hotel-like services. The medical facility houses a medical wing as well as a restaurant. Attention to detail has been under high consideration when it comes to the hospital’s interior design. All the walls within hallway of the hospital building are decorated using compelling artwork. Also, the food served at the restaurant remains available to both patients and outsiders. Thus, all people have direct access to nutritious meals, whether they are in transit or are seeking treatment from Star Cup. Read more at Scoopnest about Copa Star.

Although the Copa Star resembles a facility that would only serve people with deep pockets, there are medical insurance plans that accommodate individuals from all economic backgrounds. The hospital management has already made deals with health insurance providers to have them integrate health plans that can house all classes of people. To this end, Copa Star is in a position to serve citizens in Copacabana and the greater Brazilian region. Its strategic placement means that the medical facility can receive hundreds of customers per given day.

Two of the primary diseases that Star Cup specializes in treating include cancer and heart ailments. For Star Cup to make cancer and heart-related programs efficient, hospital designs have incorporated specific rooms where highly advanced machines have been set up for operation. Besides, the Copa Star makes use of robotics to carry out particular medical operations. It believes that the use of robotics is the new black since computerized machines are more capable of carrying out specific procedures with high precision unlike human doctors. Since the hospital’s management wants to create a robust brand, they have already recruited skilled employees. These employees undergo rigorous training on a regular basis so as to prepare them for tasks when the hospital opens its doors to the public. Besides, the training received helps employees become knowledgeable on how to operate machines.

So far, the Copa Star has hired a lot of skilled human resources. With a favorable doctor to patient ratio, many people can recover from illnesses due to high-quality care. In light of the above, the Copa Star wants to take medicine to a whole new level. For support services, the facility relies on personnel based a few meters away in a building called the Shopping Antiquarios. Due to its operations, fewer people in Brazil are currently dying from cancer and heart-related ailments. Thus, the above is in line with our millennium development goal, to provide quality health care for all. Visit the site rededor.com to know more.

Mikhail Blagosklonny Spearheads War against Cancer

Currently working as a professor of Oncology at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Mikhail Blagosklonny is a scientist who focuses on Aging and Cancer. He acquired an MD in Internal Medicine from the First Pavlov State Medical University of St. Petersburg and advanced to get a Ph. D. in Experimental Medicine and Cardiology. In 2002 when at the New York Medical College, he was made the associate professor of Medicine, but joined Ordway Research Institute working as the senior scientist before finally moving to Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 2009. Then, he held the position of Professor of Oncology. Visit classroomvoices.org to read more about Mikhail.

Professor Mikhail Blagosklonny’s research is mainly interested in cellular and molecular biology as well as clinical investigation. In clinical investigation, his focus is on oncogenes and tumor suppressions, anticancer therapeutics, cell cycle, apoptosis, signal transduction, mitosis and signal transduction. He has tried to work in exploiting cancer cell cycling and their resistance as a method of protecting normal cells. His interest in aging and age related diseases has led to discovery of drugs such as Rapamycin. From this, he has written a theory of aging and many other anti-cancer practices. Mikhail is the publisher of 300 research articles and book chapters. Some of the pieces he has edited include Aging, Cell Cycle, Oncosciencse, Oncotarget, Autophagy, Cell and Death Differentiation, PLOS one and The American Journal of Pathology.

As a result of his research and theories, Dr. Mikhail Blagosklonny was recognized by the longevity research as one of the most passionate advocates of Rapamycin. This was after he brilliantly came up with the theory on TOR, signaling potential use in aging and cancer. His hypothesis suggests the use of Rapamycin which had been previously used for cancer treatment, as a treatment that has the effect of extending life.

On April 15, 2009, Mikhail Blagosklonny was appointed as a member of the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. The Senior Vice President of the Basic Science department, Andrei V Gudkov, described him as a pre-eminent researcher with unique concepts about cancer. He viewed his addition to the team as a plus as they had similar ideas. Read more on Hardware Gurus.
